Timofey Vaskin is a Russian human rights lawyer and conscientious objector activist. He works at the School for Conscripts in Russia and is a member of the conscientious objectors’ movement.
Since 2019, he has been working as a human rights defender for conscripts and deserters. After Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine began, he expanded his work in 2022 to include the legal protection of conscientious objectors.
Due to political persecution, Timofey Vaskin left Russia in 2023 and has been living in Germany ever since.
